This position is with our new construction Glass and Glazing department.

) Job duties to include:
Monthly Billings, Accounts Receivable collections, AIA documents, insurance COI's, lien wavers, some purchasing, plan and project reviews.
Other tasks as assigned by President, project managers and estimators.
Prior construction experience is a plus.
Understanding monthly progressive billings, blueprint readings and or Glass and Glazing a plus.
Must be able to meet deadlines and be a true team player working in a high energy, high paced office.
Must be dependable, self motivated and able to multitask.
Must have a high level of attention to detail.
Must be computer literate and QuickBooks experience is a plus.
Work week:
M-F 8-5 with some occasional additional hours as required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
