Part-Time (Hybrid:
Remote and On-site) I am seeking a skilled and experienced Office Assistant on a part-time basis (Monday to Wednesday).
As the Office Assistant, you will primarily support our operations by handling various administrative tasks and assisting with financial management using QuickBooks.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work remotely for some tasks while requiring you to be in the area to collaborate with our team when needed.
You will be working closely with me, acting as my personal assistant.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Handle financial tasks using QuickBooks, including but not limited to invoicing, expense tracking, and generating financial reports.
Assist with basic bookkeeping duties, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial records.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members, both in-person and remotely.
Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, replying to emails, and managing correspondence.
Collaborate with the company owner to support their administrative needs, including personal tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with QuickBooks in a professional setting.
Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial management, including invoicing, expense tracking, and generating reports.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in using standard office software (e.
g.
, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Must be located in the Your Location area to facilitate in-person collaboration when necessary.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a personal assistant or supporting high-level executives.
Knowledge of additional accounting software or tools.
Familiarity with other administrative tasks, such as travel planning and event coordination.
