We are seeking a responsible, efficient and dependable teammate to work within our Hyundai Service and Parts department.
Our ideal candidate with have organizational and administrative experience, a professional appearance, good communication skills, and a drive to serve our valued clients!
Responsibilities:
Operate switchboard telephone system Greet service customers with courtesy and promptness Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold Assist the General Manager with various clerical duties as needed Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.
Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.
Communicate with customers after the visit to ensure customer satisfaction REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience using Microsoft Office suite Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check This position is full time and requires evening and weekend work Our team will be in touch if we're ready to move forward with your application.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
