Talroo-Allied Health, call center, customer service, billing, insurance This position is responsible for the billing of insurance claims and the resolution of issues preventing the payment of outstanding accounts receivable, for assigned payer(s).
Demonstrates a working knowledge of business operations.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, questioning attitude, willingness to collaborate with leadership and other team members to continuously improve processes.
A total of one year of experience across the following:
billing or resolving insurance accounts receivable, adjudicating insurance claims, pre-registering or registering patients for healthcare services, handling calls in a customer service call center.
A healthcare certification from an accredited program or an Associate degree may be substituted for one year of experience.
Extensive training provided for entry-level candidates and opportunities for advancement provided.
High School Grad or Equivalent Healthcare 1 year Technology/Computer Time Management Troubleshooting Writing Active Learning Active Listening Communication Coordination Critical Thinking Judgment and Decision Making Mathematics Reading Comprehension Service Orientation Social Perceptiveness Speaking.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
