Daily cleaning of 7 stalls and hay management.
Grooming of horses and interaction with a small number of sheep, goat, alpaca, rabbits and poultry.
This is a five day per week position (will require weekends) and is year round regardless of weather.
In addition to animal care there are a number of other possibilities mid day to fill out your shift depending on the skills of the successful candidate.
We grow lavender and grapes, host events and have a full time gift shop and wine tasting facility.
Good grooming and a pleasant personality is important as this position does interact with the public as a popular agri-tourism destination.
Experience with basic farm machinery or maintenance skills is helpful, customer service experience is a must.
