Position Overview:
As a Web Developer & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving clients' marketing initiatives through web development, web support, digital advertising and SEO.
We are looking for someone who has a background in web development but wants to grow beyond it.
A large part of the role will be providing frontend and backend web development and support using HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, WordPress and similar technologies.
The applicant will also assist senior team members in nurturing ad campaigns on Google and social media, as well as SEO and content marketing.

Develop and maintain client websites using modern web technologies, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
Answer client support tickets in a timely manner and execute them to a positive conclusion using HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, WordPress and other technologies.
Assist with ad campaigns across various channels including social media, email and digital ad platforms.
Assist with SEO to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to client websites.
Assist with online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Stay up to date with the latest web and digital technologies to grow into an expert on all things digital marketing.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure content consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to solve client support tickets.
The ability to investigate and diagnose problems and learn how to solve them in a timely manner.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms, such as Google Ads, social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
Experience with digital ad platforms such as Google Ads, including keyword research, ad creation and performance analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey concepts to clients and team members.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in marketing and web development, preferably in an agency Job Type:
