We are a Small Immigration Law Office seeking to provide legal representation with a personalized and humanitarian approach.
We provide services such as defense in immigration court, work permit, TPS, DACA, Asylum, Juvenile Visa, and much more.

- Prepare Immigration Forms, such as Petitions, Work Authorization, etc.
- File and organize legal documents, both physical and electronic.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist with document management systems and maintain accurate records.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
