Essential Functions:
v Coordinates out-going product after QC has occurred.
v Responsible for communicating with internal and external customers regarding shipping and QC questions/practices.
v Directs and leads in inspecting outgoing product to ensure quality of standards are met in the production area.
v Helps establish and define quality standards to ensure quality of product.
v Monitors, documents, and corrects any quality issues.
v Ensures compliance according to Food Safety certification and QC standards.
v Ensures that QC standards are achieved.
v Plans the maintenance of all QC equipment.
v Trains teammates within this department to ensure that they are complying will all standards.
v Investigate inventory problems as needed.
v Coordinate and execute emergency customer and department orders.
v Balances department workload v Drive continuous improvement within the department.
v Plan, develop, or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
v Working on multiple, simultaneous projects, which require you to be able to manage time flexibly and interact with a variety of people.
v Adheres to all company's policies and procedures.

REQUIRED EDUCATION &
Experience:
Education:
High School Diploma preferred
Experience:
1 Yr.
experience in quality control or similar role, 1 yr.
experience of supervisory preferred & shipping Language Fluency:
Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred Math Skills:
Basic math Other:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to quickly changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
