with the BBB and best place to work! We are currently hiring for a Bath Division Production Manager out of our shower and bath division's office.
We are looking for someone with confidence, very energetic, and a problem-solver who likes to work as part of a team.
The ideal candidate must possess:
- At Lease 2 years of project Management - Must be able to lift 75-100lbs when needed -Basic carpentry, plumbing, construction skills - Able to handle multi-line telephone & intercom system - A positive attitude and good communication skills, with attention to detail - a must! - Strong phone skills - Ability to manage, hire, and train new install teams - Construction Knowledge is appreciated but not required Requirements:
-Experience in an operations/project coordinating role - Assist during the production process daily, performing numerous tasks as needed including distributing production schedules, coordinating between departments, reviewing staffing tables, and ensuring adequate material availability -Perform scheduled quality checks, inspections, and tests at the end of each production cycle by examining documents, products, materials, and work processes for efficiency, accuracy, and conformance to specifications and safety standards.
-At least one year manufacturing experience is a plus , willingness to complete on-the-job training.
Strict adherence to deadlines and ability to work independently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, email, and web-based applications Excellent communication skills, including ability to resolve conflict calmly.
- Excellent written and communication skills a must - Ability to work coherently with a variety of personalities - Must be able to MULTI-TASK!!!! - Must be able to deal with a fast pace environment - Must be able to function in a multi team atmosphere.
- Want to be an integral link in our strong companywide administrative team in Virginia & Florida.
- Must be able to problem solve, investigate and have good deductive reasoning.
Excellent communication skills, including ability to resolve conflict calmly.
