Assisting with daily office needs including filing, answering phones in a CSR role, greeting customers, etc.
Assisting with telemarketing and setting appointments Data entry utilizing proprietary software, Excel and Word Preferred skills:
Previous customer service experience of at least 1 year Strong verbal and written communication skills A professional and courteous telephone manner Comfortable speaking on the phone, texting or emailing Is detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
Proficient w/Microsoft outlook, excel and word Strong interpersonal skills such as, communication, problem solving, and organizational.
Ability to operate standard office equipment Able to prioritize work and adhere to deadlines Work independently or as a team member Able to identify and handle the urgency of each task, and work in a fast-paced position.
Patience and endurance to sit/stand behind a desk all day.
The hours for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:
00 am - 2:
00 pm.
Additional training will be provided.
This location is independently owned and operated.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
