Set the tone and expectation of professionalism with our customers and clients.
Greet all visitors to Matchbox's main office with a vibrant tone and cheerful attitude while helping with their need or directing them to the most appropriate person to help.
Perform duties requiring knowledge of office systems and procedures.
Clerical duties will be assigned in accordance with office procedures and may include a combination of answering telephones, word processing, office machine operation, running reports, performing simple spreadsheet analysis, date gathering, and filing.
Additional duties include keeping the common areas of the office clean, organized, and professional looking at all times.
Promptly greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
Promptly answer telephones (all lines), direct calls, and take messages.
Monitor email protected email throughout the day and respond appropriately or disseminate as needed Monitor and respond to Birdeye, Tenant Turner, and texts from Rent Manager timely or assign to appropriate property manager Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
Maintain a neat and tidy office appearance.
(Individual workspace and all common areas of office) Keep front desk and credenza neat and organized at all times (there should not be any clutter just laying around) Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
Office Mail Oversee keys Organize, inventory and distribute appropriately Distribute keys and key fobs to appropriate property managers/vendors when they come in Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services.
Receive rent payments and prepares receipts as requested.
Distribute incoming checks appropriately immediately upon their arrival Requirements:
Required Education-Some College Preferred Clerical or Property Management Experience-1-3 years.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
