Burn Boot Camp is committed to improving the lives of our clients and the community through fitness coaching and counseling.
We do this by providing personal training in a group setting with the top personal trainers in the US.
The Operations Manager ensures the customer experience is exceptional.
She/he works alongside the Head Trainer to run the gym and supervise the staff.
Together, they will ensure:
Our clients are greeted warmly and have an exceptional experience in our gym Our operational and sales systems are maintained and managed effectively Our child watch and front desk are staffed with awesome people at all time and supervise their performance The facility is maintained to our high standards.
Additionally, the Operations Manager will:
Develop an effective marketing plan to ensure membership growth using social media, and growing relationships with other businesses Build a team environment with the staff and members If you're experienced in operations, love a vibrant and exciting environment with happy people, music and energy, and have some management experience, this could be the job for you.
