The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed - Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences - Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills; Spanish is a huge plus - Professional phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems This is a part-time position with competitive pay.
