Owner/Licensee Job Purpose:
Help oversee all aspects of the location and grow the business while staying within Brand Standards Duties:
Understanding of the history and culture of Ledo Pizza Willingness to take on the most effective role Help meet and exceed sales goals Control expenses Ability to read and understand a P&L statement Oversight of all administrative and financial operations Execute sales strategies developed by the Brand Keep management and employee training current as it relates to Brand Standard Human Resource duties include hiring, disciplining, employee counseling, and terminations Must have full knowledge of all safety and health regulations per local municipalities, county, and state federal laws.
Fully capable of working all BOH & FOH positions Train and develop staff for future expansion Maintain the physical aspect of the store Greet and interact with guests Ensure safety and security to all guests and employees Have a full knowledge of the menu offerings Have a full understanding of the POS system Basic computer skills Ensure that the store is maintaining proper Brand Standards QUALIFICATIONS Previous Hospitality experience of 3 years Previous management experience of 1-2 years PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lift up to 30 pounds unassisted Able to stand for long periods of time Job Types:
