Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling and balancing daily transactions - Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Provide exceptional guest service and handle guest inquiries and complaints - Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed - Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions - Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred - Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus - Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems - Attention to detail and ability to work independently - Strong organizational and time management skills Please note that this is a part time, night shift position.
Wednesday and Sunday nights 11pm-7am We offer competitive pay and benefits for eligible employees.
