The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Director for a large food manufacturing company in Virginia. The qualified individual will be responsible for developing and managing all Business to Business activities of the company. The Director will actively prospect and lead associated business development activities that meet short and long term corporate goals and objectives and create revenue. In addition, the Director has bottom-line responsibility for managing existing Co-Pack customers.

Develops and defines the long-term strategic goals for business development in line with the company's overall strategic context
Identifies new revenue generation opportunities
Monitors market conditions and trends
Performs appropriate market analysis and notifies the Leadership Team and the customers
Creates and executes individual marketing and prospecting plans for the purpose of creating sales meetings with targeted prospects
Performs assessments and identifies sales opportunities within target accounts
Leads solution definition within the business development process - including customer discovery, facilitation of meetings, solution development, proposal creation, project estimation and customer presentation
Understands customers decision making processes and all individuals associated
Performs successful execution of company's objectives in Co-Pack Sales Channels
Works closely with the Customer Operation Team to meet customer's production requirements
Represents the organization in every aspect of Co-Pack contract management and production partnering
Supports processes and develops systems to create opportunities and improve business segment
Manages expense budget and control expenses effectively

B.S. in Business Administration or related area
10 plus years marketing and sales management experience
Proven track record of successful sales/business development for food products
Excellent presentation, communication, sales and negotiation skills to work effectively with prospective and existing customers
Successful project management skills
Familiarity with bid/tender offering management
Possess good judgment, strong analytical ability and proficient strategic thinking skills
Outstanding leadership skills
Committed team player
Proficiency with MS Office & Outlook necessary
Ability to travel overnight

Salary: $85,000-$100,000

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
