Live catchers are responsible for the proper loading of turkeys into live haul cage trailers. Handling birds in a safe and effective animal welfare mindset is a top priority. Helping out other crews is required occasionally. Flexible work schedules are required to reduce yard time and shrink. Catchers must always follow crew leader instructions while setting up and taking down loader and crowding pins.
