Facilities Managers
MSC is currently looking for a Facilities Managers at the Sunchase JMU Apartments in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
o Management & supervisory experience
o HVAC certification and experience
o E.P.A. Certification for CFC's
o Extensive plumbing repairs
o Electrical experience
o Appliance repair experience
o Excellent communication skills
o Ability to work with a budget and control expenses
o Professional, courteous and positive personality
o Rotating emergency on-call with additional pay
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
o Driver's license and personal vehicle required.
o Use of own tools necessary
o Seasonal snow removal
o Ensure all work orders are completed within MSC standards
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
Prior Work
Experience: Supervisory experience a plus.
Skills: HVAC & E.P.A Certification, Computer proficiency
