The R&D Manager will be responsible for the management of the development of new products and processes.
Qualifications:
-BS-PhD in chemistry, polymer science, or rubber technology; advanced degree preferred

years of experience formulating rubber
-Experience working with process and manufacturing (mixing, extrusion, etc.)
-Supervisory experience
-Ability to lead a small team, make decisions independently, work globally, and problem solve
-US CITIZEN/PERM RESIDENTEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
