RN Unit Manager
Harrisonburg Health & Rehab Center is seeking an RN Unit Manager. The RN Unit Manager will oversee clinical operations of a (60) bed unit. The RN Unit Manager is responsible for staff supervision of LPNs and CNAs, as well as interfacing with physicians, QI reporting and follow-up, and providing clinical expertise to staff as needed. We offer a supportive work environment with a stable nursing and administrative team. This is a great job to break into management. Typical hours are Monday through Friday day shift, with some weekend and on-call duties.
