Harrisonburg Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Charge Nurse.
The Charge Nurse will supervise CNAs and provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA guidelines.
Provides general nursing care to the patients in accordance with MFA Nursing Policies and Procedures.
Assists in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Identifies patient goals and approaches.
Resolves patient/family concerns.
Summarizes concerns for Clinical Unit Manager.
Maintains current nursing knowledge.

00 on our 3-11 shift not including our weekend differential.
