Pay rate is competitive and varies by experience and qualifications (bonuses, overtime, holiday pay)
o Sells work that generates revenues (billed labor; retail parts)
o Properly greets customer (in store; telephone)
o Performs customer interview
o Consults with customer to determine needed services
o Properly prices services
o Customer communication and satisfaction
o Impacts center profitability
o Responsible for overall center operation during manager's absence
o Helps manager greet customers
o Helps manager with service writing & retail sales during busy periods
o Assists manager with employee training and customer education
o Helps manager maintain center productivity
o Maintains parts inventory
o Completes operational and administrative paperwork
o Assists with cashiering, customer interviews, pricing, parts running, bank deposits, answering telephone
o Quality Assurance
o Must be able to lift a fully inflated wheel and tire
o Have understanding of inventory control
o Ability to learn and use Point of Sale and information systems
o Oversees appearance of customer waiting area and rest rooms

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
